When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Wedding date
• Venue
• Investment range
• Details about your wedding
• How you heard about us

We do not collect payment or financial information through this website. We do not use this site to process online payments.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your wedding flowers and styling, and, if you go on to book with us, to plan and deliver our services for your wedding.

How your data is stored

Enquiry form submissions are processed through Forminit, a third-party form service, and forwarded to our business email address, hosted through Google Workspace. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you book with us, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. If your enquiry doesn't proceed to a booking, we will delete your details within a maximum of 24 months unless you ask us to keep them on file.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
